Having studied at Wimbledon (UAL), George Jackson graduated with a BA in 2019.
He now lives and works in Portsmouth at the Hotwall Studios.
George has shown with Mall Galleries in 2020 (FBA Futures) and in 2023 (200th RBA Exhibition)
He also was awarded The Hermione Hammond Drawing Award in 2019.
He currently has a collaborative mural painting on show at the Atherstone Heritage Centre which is displayed alongside the Atherstone Ball Game every shrove Tuesday.
George's practise is predominately figurative ink drawings, focusing on the range of familiar characters and narratives found in lower income environments.
